They’re floaters and when you see these things in your perception, that’s called myodesopsia. It’s all a part of the Entoptic phenomenon and these aren’t the only things you can see. This is under the same phenomenon as phosphene, which is when you have a perception of light while light doesn’t really enter the eye at all. Like when you place pressure on your closed eyes.
